The club is a 'community amateur sports club' affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association and the Surrey Lawn Tennis Association.

We are a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteer members who are elected by the membership.  LTC is a company limited ​by guarantee - incorporated as Leatherhead Tennis Club Limited.​

Each year we hold an Annual General Meeting of members to review progress and plans, to approve the accounts and ​any changes to subscriptions, and to elect the directors and committee members.  ​

We take the safety, security and safe guarding of all our members and their guests seriously and have put in place a range of policies that we monitor to ensure that our members can play safely and have fun.
